1、在水泵排氣堵頭端加裝排氣管,排氣管宜通往儲液罐,并設置電動閥,電動閥在水泵啟動前開啟,開啟時間以調試期間排氣時間作為參考值,排氣結束后關閉電動閥,啟動水泵(儲液罐液位高度必須高于水泵),電動排氣閥需要考慮防爆需求。
1. Install an exhaust pipe at the pump's exhaust plug end. The exhaust pipe should lead to the storage tank and have an electric valve. Open the valve before starting the pump, using the exhaust time from the debugging period as a reference. Close the valve after exhaust is complete, then start the pump. The storage tank level must be higher than the pump. The electric exhaust valve should meet explosion-proof requirements.
2、泵前管道管徑設置需校核水泵汽蝕余量,如果設置有過濾器(<0.5mm),需要考慮過濾器對其影響。
- 抬高儲液罐
- 在運行一段時間后拆除過濾器濾芯
- 選用低汽蝕余量水泵
- 注意控制流量
2. Check the pump inlet pipe diameter against the pump's Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) requirements. If a filter (<0.5mm) is installed, consider its impact.
- Raise the storage tank.
- Remove the filter element after some operation time.
- Choose a pump with low NPSH requirements.
- Control the flow rate carefully.
3、在初期調試期間,需人工多次排氣,并且記錄排氣時間和排氣間隔。

4、水泵啟動后需注意出口端壓力表或壓力變送器讀數,如果發現明顯壓力異常,應立即停機檢查,首先確認是否存在積氣現象,同時觀察水泵是否存在異響等故障現象,也可以通過控制器設定報警,防止故障發生。
4. After starting the pump, monitor the pressure gauge or pressure transmitter readings at the outlet. If abnormal pressure is detected, stop the pump immediately. Check for air accumulation and other faults, and consider setting up alarms via the controller.
5、嚴格限制水泵流量,避免過流現象發生。
- 可以通過出口閥門調整
- 可以通過變頻器頻率設定調整(根據發動機背壓事實調節變頻器或者控制器的壓力設定值)
5. Strictly limit the pump flow rate to prevent overcurrent.
- Adjust using the outlet valve.
- Adjust the pressure setting value of the frequency converter or controller according to the actual back pressure of the engine.
6、儲液罐是否可以適當提高壓力,改善水泵吸入口條件。
